August 2011 Update

We need YOU to make a difference to Cancer Services

If you have been affected by cancer then we would welcome you to join our North Cheshire Partnership Locality Group. The group was formed recently and we are looking to recruit new members to help us improve services across the North Cheshire area.

What do we do?
We provide a forum where patients, carers and health care professionals can meet to discuss patient issues in local cancer services. We are currently working on:
Raising awareness of cancer
Improving information
Local and national cancer research
Getting more people involved
Support and Survivorship

When do we meet?
We meet regularly on set dates with clear agenda items.

If you would like to come along to one of our meetings, please contact us. We can arrange for you to meet one of our members beforehand for a chat and to find out more.

Breathe Easy in Warrington

People with lung conditions and those who care for them can often feel alone. Making friends is important for people living with lung disease and Breathe Easy provides a good opportunity for that to happen.

The self help support group Breathe Easy Warrington have been on the move!! They have moved venue to the Hood lane Community Centre, Hood Lane North, Great Sankey, Warrington.
