What is Governance?
Governance is about the systems and processes which support the overall direction, effectiveness and accountability of an organisation. For LINks, governance is about having arrangements in place to make sure they carry out their activities appropriately, transparently and effectively. The Governance arrangements were drafted by the LINk Core Group and a 3 month consultation took place with LINk members and the wider community to obtain their views on them.
