Black Health Agency (BHA) is the host organisation for the Warrington LINk and help to support, develop and promote the LINk. The Warrington LINk has 2 staff members to help to do this.
Elaine Packer - Warrington LINks Manager
Elaine has over 20 years clinical experience in the NHS. Elaine left the NHS and joined Warrington CVS managing the Patient and Public Involvement Forums across Warrington and Halton in 2003 and subsequently joined Black Health Agency in 2007 working with the Forums and now managing the Warrington LINk.
Katie Lightfoot - LINks Community Engagement Officer
Katie has a keen interest in engagement and research and has a degree in History and Sociology. Katie has volunteered in Warrington Borough Council’s Research Department. Katie joined Warrington CVS in March 2004 also working with the PPI Forums and then joined Black Health Agency with Elaine in 2007.
Black Health Agency is a charity dedicated to improving the lives and changing the future of all people within the community.
