Not feeling you best, then come along to our Health MOT!!
Whether there's something on your mind or you just fell like a change, come and spend the afternoon taking advantage of our health tips and information designd to improve your health and well being!!
There will be stalls and demonstrations, as well as complimentary therapies including hand, shoulder and neck massages, reflexology and Reiki (they even do manicures!)
Also enjoy complimentary refreshments and the chance to enter our free prize draw!!
