Welcome
Local Involvement Networks (LINks) have been set up throughout England to help people influence health and social care services.
What will the LINK do?
The LINks main job will be to:
• Find out what people want
• Investigate issues that people raise
• Brings groups and individuals together to look at issues
• Use their powers to hold services to account
What Powers do the LINk Have?
• Ask for information and get a reply within a set time
• Visit some types of health and social care services to see what they do
• Make reports and recommendations and get a reply
• Refer issues to the Overview and Scrutiny Committees and get a response
The LINks is open to everyone and should represent the whole community. Groups, individuals and organisations all have a part to play in giving their views on local services. The LINks are set up in a way that allows members to decided for themselves how they are involved and how much time they give to it.
Tell us your views
We are collecting the views of patients, their families and carers about the care given to them by the NHS and social care. We all want to see services improving. The best way to do that is to let the NHS know what patients really feel. If you had a good experience it is important to let the staff know how well they did. If you think things could improved, it is also important that they know your views.
You can tell us your views by emailing us at warringtonlink@blackhealthagency.org.uk or writing to us using our Freepost address
